1. Get in touch

Pick the communication style that suits you best, and tell me a little about your project and how I can support you.

2. (optional) Book a free 30-min consultation

So we get to know each other and we can talk through exactlywhat you need. You can request it in your enquiry message.

3. I send you a quote

Based on what you tell me, I put together a quote tailored to you. Until then, you can take a look at my price list to get an idea of my pricing.

4. Sign my contract & pay deposit

We sign a contract that protects both of us — price, timeline, and preferred communication, all in writing.

You also pay a deposit – usually half of the total – to secure your spot and my time.

5. Fill out my design questionnaire

Or book a call and we do it together. It takes around an hour to complete.

It helps me understand your business and how I can differentiate it from your competitors.

6. First design concept

First branding concept typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on complexity (full process to final deliverables takes 4-6 weeks).

7. Feedback & revisions

I usually include two revision rounds to fine-tune the design to your liking. Your honest feedback is always appreciated.

8. Final deliverables

I’ll send you a ZIP file containing everything included in the contract deliverables.

9. Leave a review

Happy with the final result? Leave me a review on my socials — it helps my business grow, and yes, I will absolutely do a little happy dance.
