building a creative life on my terms.
Starting over after 30
Here’s the thing about my story: design didn’t find me early.
I already had two degrees — including a Master’s in Business Development — and a career that looked perfectly fine on paper. But I had that quiet feeling that something was missing. That I hadn’t quite found my thing yet. So just before I turned 30, I went back to study graphic design — because I was finally brave enough to follow what lit me up.
Building something while life is fully happening
I built Pure Design slowly and carefully — as a side hustle, juggling late-night client work with the rest of my very full life. Because I’m also a mum, living far from where I grew up, navigating a new country alongside my husband, figuring out how to build something meaningful while all of that is happening too.
Done waiting for perfect
I know what it feels like to start something new as an adult. To feel behind. To wonder if it’s too late, or too complicated, or whether the timing will ever actually be right.
It won’t. You just go anyway.

And that’s exactly why I understand my clients so deeply. You’re not just building a brand — you’re building a business around a real life.
